задачи
- Manage advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook), TikTok, and Snapchat in the U.S. market;
- Run the full performance marketing cycle, including campaign launches, hypothesis testing, analytics, reporting, and scaling to achieve KPIs;
- Collaborate with the creative team to test and develop effective creatives;
- Analyze and optimize sales funnels and landing pages to improve conversion rates;
- Monitor and analyze competitors;
- Collaborate with the team and provide recommendations for campaign improvements.
требования
- At least 2 years of experience in Lead Generation;
- Experience running ads with budgets of $100K and above per month;
- Skills in scaling advertising campaigns;
- Experience launching successful campaigns on Meta, TT, and Snapchat;
- Deep understanding of the U.S. advertising market, including its characteristics, trends, regulations, and consumer behavior;
- Ability to collaborate with creative teams and create briefs for testing new hypotheses;
- English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher;
- Nice to have: experience in landing page optimization and understanding of CRO principles.
