задачи
- Own and scale performance campaigns from scratch across Google Search, GDN, Demand Gen, YouTube, and Performance Max formats
- Build global foundations, including strategy, structure, processes, and reporting, from the ground up
- Develop creative strategies and acquisition funnels with cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with regional teams to localize approaches and share learnings
- Drive results across the full funnel using creative testing and performance data
требования
- Strong track record with Google Ads (Display & YouTube) in performance-driven setups
- Confidently build systems from scratch rather than inherit them
- Global mindset and experience running multi-market campaigns
- Experience working with sales teams and high-ticket products with long decision cycles
- Hands-on experience with GA4
