Performance Marketing Manager

TripleTen is an EdTech company that designs and runs tech career learning programs for the US and Latin American markets. It teaches complete beginners through cohort-based programs built on its own platform and curriculum, developed in partnership with Nebius AI.

• Own the end-to-end growth funnel and drive acquisition strategy across the entire customer journey;
• Launch and validate new paid channels, including LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube, Search, communities, and webinars;
• Design, test, and optimize funnels, offers, and landing page experiments to improve conversion;
• Analyze full-funnel economics, including CAC, conversion, cohorts, and revenue, and make weekly scale-or-kill decisions;
• Develop audience insights by combining data with customer research, sales calls, and market signals;
• Partner with Product Marketing, Paid Marketing, Analytics, Content, and Sales to bring new programs to sustainable growth.

• 3+ Years of experience in Growth, Performance, or Full-Funnel Marketing;
• Hands-on experience launching and scaling paid acquisition campaigns with meaningful budgets;
• Strong understanding of growth metrics, unit economics, and experimentation frameworks;
• Ability to work with niche audiences, ambiguous data, and hypothesis-driven decision making;
• Experience briefing cross-functional teams and owning outcomes rather than execution alone;
• Confident use of AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, content creation, and experimentation;
• Fluent English and strong communication skills in a remote, cross-functional environment.
