Faitron is a Swiss consumer-tech company that develops and sells patented products, including the HeatsBox self-heating lunchbox and the BabyBoo smart warming baby bottle. The company operates a direct-to-consumer business model across Europe and is expanding into the US and Canadian markets.

• Own Meta media buying end-to-end including account structure, campaign setup, budget allocation, and scaling against funnel-stage ROAS targets;
• Build and scale the paid social setup for the US and Canada markets;
• Lead the paid social strategy and roadmap;
• Drive creative testing with the in-house content team by managing briefs, hypotheses, feedback loops, and creative performance analysis;
• Coordinate with media buyers and partners across other channels like Google, Amazon, and retail campaigns for a consistent full-funnel approach;
• Report on performance with clear takeaways and next steps;
• Build up TikTok as a second paid social channel.

• 3–5 Years of hands-on Meta media buying experience for D2C or e-commerce brands;
• Experience managing substantial monthly ad budgets and scaling profitably against ROAS targets;
• Strong grasp of full-funnel measurement, attribution, and creative-driven performance;
• Strategic mindset with the ability to defend account structure and budget decisions;
• Self-organized remote worker with proactive communication skills;
• Fluent English;
• Nice to have: German language skills, TikTok media buying experience.
