Performance Marketing Manager

Revolut is a global financial super app that provides a wide range of services including spending, saving, investing, and currency exchange to over 75 million customers. The company focuses on delivering financial visibility, control, and freedom through innovative digital products.

• Own the market, define and execute full-funnel UK marketing plans, including growth channels, experiments, field events, and demand generation campaigns;
• Identify customer needs by understanding Revolut Business customers and global product operations to create data-driven insights for product teams;
• Lead local marketing activations, including case study creation, customer speaking engagements, and community meetups;
• Partner with Product and Marketing teams to refine targeting and messaging, and produce local content that drives demand from SMBs and enterprises in the UK and Ireland;
• Track, measure, and communicate results and market performance to senior leadership;
• Generate new global best practices through experimental efforts;
• Run experiments to test hypotheses and apply analytical rigour to campaigns to inform go-to-market strategy;
• Deliver campaigns with a focus on growth and business impact.

• 6+ Years of relevant B2B marketing experience with a proven track record as a successful growth marketing manager;
• Startup, performance marketing mindset to turn influencer, partnerships, affiliate marketing, and owned channels into an engine of growth;
• In-depth knowledge of B2B marketing in the UK, covering ATL, BTL, demand generation, and partnerships;
• Experience with CRM/Salesforce, events marketing, and email marketing tactics and technology;
• Advanced analytical skills and a track record of taking data-informed decisions;
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects while meeting quality, budget/ROI, and time constraints;
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and distill data into actionable insights to inform campaign strategy and product development;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Nice to have: Understanding of the payments, financial technology, or e-commerce industries and partner ecosystems, experience in financial services, fintech, tech, or SaaS.
