yoursquares is a growing PropTech startup providing an all-in-one solution for data-driven sales and marketing of real estate projects. The company helps property developers sell residential units by leveraging digital channels such as Google, LinkedIn, and Meta Ads to connect them with qualified buyers.

• Plan, implement, and optimize performance marketing campaigns with a focus on Meta Ads and Google Ads for lead generation;
• Analyze and monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Whatagraph;
• Develop and execute A/B tests to continuously improve campaign results;
• Collaborate with the marketing and content team to create creatives and landing pages;
• Communicate with clients to align on campaign goals and strategies;
• Identify trends and new opportunities in performance marketing to evolve strategies.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in implementing and optimizing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns;
• Excellent German language skills (written and spoken);
• Strong communication and teamwork skills;
• Ability to take full responsibility for lead generation performance for clients;
• Deep understanding of performance-driven analytics and tracking at an advanced level;
• Proactive, reliable, and capable of working under pressure;
• Nice to have: Experience in the real estate industry.
