Performance Marketing Manager

• Own the overarching Growth roadmap and maintain a clear overview of all active initiatives;
• Drive the end-to-end delivery of high-priority, cross-departmental projects from kickoff to implementation;
• Maintain a rigorous overview of deadlines, KPIs, and deliverables across complex workstreams;
• Identify potential bottlenecks and project risks, escalating issues and proposing solutions;
• Act as the central point of contact for internal teams including Product, Legal, Marketing, Markets, and Finance;
• Ensure stakeholders meet their commitments on time;
• Provide clear, concise status reporting to the Senior Leadership team regarding progress and resource requirements.

• 5+ Years of experience managing large-scale, strategic projects in a fast-paced environment;
• Mastery of stakeholder management and the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics;
• Systematic approach to project management with experience using frameworks and tools to track dependencies;
• Ability to forecast resource needs and manage project-specific budgets;
• Strong communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex updates for executive-level audiences;
• Nice to have: Fintech or high-growth tech experience.
