Performance Marketing Manager

Plurio develops an AI-powered agent designed to automate media buying and performance marketing for teams managing significant monthly ad spends. The platform integrates with backend data and ad accounts to perform deep data research, optimize budget allocation, and autonomously manage creative scaling, aiming to boost ROAS and operational efficiency.

• Carry client projects from kickoff to the delivery of agreed results;
• Diagnose which actions move key client metrics and prioritize work accordingly;
• Reframe client requests into actionable tasks that align with business goals;
• Break down targets into well-formed tasks for the AI agent, engineers, and yourself;
• Drive work through the task tracker, setting clear definitions of done and controlling execution;
• Manage project documentation, including specs, meeting agendas, and analytical notes;
• Oversee timelines, budgets, and risks for approximately 10 client accounts in parallel;
• Handle administrative paperwork such as contracts, NDAs, and invoices.

• Proven experience in hands-on performance marketing with major channels like Google or TikTok at a scale of $300K+/month;
• Ability to communicate business results effectively to founders, CMOs, or Heads of UA;
• Experience in managing distributed teams to achieve specific goals;
• Demonstrated ability to automate parts of your own workflow;
• Strong data fluency, including understanding of sales funnels, attribution models, and backend data structures;
• Systematic approach to managing processes, rituals, and SLAs across multiple accounts;
• Availability in CET or west toward the Americas timezones;
• Nice to have: Agency background, public presence (LinkedIn, Telegram channel, conference talks), experience briefing developers and engineers.
