• Manage and optimise mobile campaigns across Google UAC, Meta, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads;
• Analyse campaign performance data to improve ROAS and scale efficiently;
• Support attribution setup and troubleshooting using AppsFlyer or Adjust;
• Work with SKAN and ATT frameworks to ensure accurate tracking;
• Collaborate with Product, Data, and Engineering teams on measurement challenges;
• Monitor KPIs and contribute to reporting and performance insights;
• Run experiments (A/B tests, bidding, creatives) to improve results;
• Identify trends and opportunities within mobile marketing and attribution.

• 1+ Years of experience managing performance marketing campaigns or academic exposure;
• Degree in mathematics, computer science, economics, engineering, or related field;
• Experience with mobile ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads);
• Expertise in analysing data and solving quantitative problems;
• Solid understanding of mobile attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, SKAN, ATT);
• Ability to work with large datasets and extract actionable insights;
• KPI-driven mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes;
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment;
• Impeccable communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams;
• English (fluent);
• Nice to have: Experience with SQL or Python, background in computer science or quantitative disciplines, familiarity with automating reports or bid strategies, understanding of marketing in a regulated industry.
