Performance Marketing Manager

Formula is an AI-powered wellness companion that evolved from a top-ranking Keto Diet App in the US, having achieved over $20M in sales and 500K subscribers. The company operates with a small, focused team dedicated to helping users live longer and healthier lives through innovative products.

• Own the monetization stream end-to-end, including pricing, paywalls, upgrades, upsells, cancellation, and refund flows;
• Design and run pricing experiments regarding price elasticity, configuration, and plan structure;
• Run paywall and offer experiments on the web-to-mobile funnel;
• Build the testing process, including test design, metric selection, and winner determination;
• Multiply throughput using AI and automation while collaborating directly with developers and designers.

• Proven experience in performance marketing-driven B2C products, ideally mobile apps with solid traction;
• Hands-on knowledge of web-to-web or quiz-based funnels;
• AI-native working habits;
• Experience independently designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests without a dedicated analyst;
• Experience running real monetization experiments and quantifying their impact in revenue terms;
• Experience shipping experiments in a small team without QA or a fully staffed pod;
• Professional working English and fluent/native Russian;
• Nice to have: Candidates within ±2 hours of CET.
