• Launch and scale campaigns across new channels, including TikTok, Reddit, and YouTube
• Manage large budgets with full accountability and a performance-first mindset
• Own tracking and conversion setup, including Tag Manager, Search Console, and offline uploads
• Design and systematically test campaign structures and landing pages
• Extract learnings, iterate quickly, and deliver measurable impact
• Work closely with the Performance Marketing team and Go-to-Market managers

• Experience running international ad campaigns across multiple channels and understanding differences between markets
• Experience managing large ad budgets and taking accountability for them
• Hardworking, analytical, and structured, with a good fit for a direct, ambitious culture
• Fluent in English

• Competitive salary: €65,000-€130,000
