We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to join a growing international team. This is an exciting remote opportunity for a data-driven marketing professional who enjoys optimizing campaigns, increasing customer acquisition, and achieving measurable business results.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns across various digital channels, analyzing key performance metrics, and developing strategies to maximize return on investment. • Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital channels.
• Track campaign performance and analyze key metrics, including ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, and conversion rates.
• Conduct audience research, keyword analysis, and competitor research to uncover new growth opportunities.
• Design and implement A/B tests for ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
• Work closely with content, design, and sales teams to enhance campaign performance and improve lead quality.
• Allocate and manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize return on investment.
• Compile regular performance reports and share actionable insights with relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor customer acquisition funnels and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Keep up with digital marketing trends, advertising platform updates, and emerging technologies.
• Contribute to lead generation, demand generation, and overall revenue growth initiatives.

• Proven experience managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar reporting platforms.
• Understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and marketing funnels.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience in SaaS, eCommerce, B2B, or digital agency environments is an advantage.
• Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools is a plus.
