Paid Media Performance Manager Arlo Europe

Arlo Europe, part of Verisure, is looking for a Paid Media Performance Manager to join our European Marketing team and help accelerate our growth across key digital channels.

You will be responsible for implementing, running, developing, optimizing and improving paid media performance marketing campaigns. This concerns both always-on campaigns such in Google, Social/Meta, Affiliation and Amazon as well as expanding and testing new formats and ad-channels. Focus is put on maximizing and growing unit sales with quality customer intake in mind growing AOV/ASP, revenue and efficiency with ROAS and attachment in mind.

You will join the performance marketing team that is composed of paid media mangers in Amazon, Google and Meta today. You will join the team to support and drive progress within each channel.

You will report into our Head of Performance marketing and will work closely with our Sr. Marketing Director, Arlo Europe.

• Execute comprehensive acquisition strategies and tactics to drive customer/user growth across various channels (digital, partnerships, etc.) impacting DTC and Amazon sales channels specifically but also overall market incl benefit for Omni/retail and can span across bought, earned and owned media types av various sources and formats.
• Develop each paid media channel incl optimization of targeting, bidding strategies, account/ad structure, content localized per market and use of data to benefit data driven bidding and machine/AI learning conversion strategies.
• Continuously drive optimization across our paid media channels, evaluating new channel opportunities and driving best in class continuous improvement within existing channels including targeting, data and various conversion objectives, CRO, bidding and using levers such as ads, content, user journey and more.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, Studio, product, sales, etc.) to align acquisition efforts with overall business goals including promotional plans.
• Oversee and manage budget allocation with team and optimize spending to maximize customer intake and ROI on acquisition campaigns and alignment with our business objectives.
• Utilize data-driven insights to continually refine acquisition tactics and improve conversion rates.
• Establish and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support acquisition efforts.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of acquisition initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry/channel best practices, new trends in acquisition marketing to maintain a competitive edge incl. application of new tech/ad stack, media mix models and AI where applicable.

• Execute and optimise paid social campaigns on Meta & Google to drive brand awareness, engagement and conversions. Monitor campaign performances, analyse key metrics and deliver actionable insights to continuously improve ROI and achieve business objectives.
• The right candidate should have proven experience in managing Sponsored Ads and DSP campaigns, including budget management, strategic planning and execution. Strong knowledge of Vendor Central, particularly Retail Analytics and Brand Analytics, with familiarity with Seller Central considered a plus.
• Experience supporting growth and performance for e-commerce clients (subscription knowledge is a plus)
• Fluent English is mandatory. Another European language is a plus
