Armeta is a technology company that builds AI tools for engineers to automate the processing and recognition of technical documentation, P&IDs, and engineering drawings. The company operates offices in Astana, San Francisco, and Doha and is part of the Alchemist Accelerator. Its technology is currently in production, digitizing workflows within the engineering industry.

• Lead and execute the full marketing campaign for the US market launch;
• Manage the brand's social media presence across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube;
• Own the content plan, publishing, growth, and engagement strategies;
• Engage with professional engineering communities on Reddit and other industry platforms to build an organic presence;
• Drive potential users into company channels;
• Launch and optimize paid advertising campaigns across contextual and targeted channels;
• Analyze metrics, conduct A/B tests, and report on channel performance;
• Adjust marketing strategy based on data in coordination with product and sales teams.

• Fluent English (C1–C2, both spoken and written);
• Proven experience running marketing launches in the US market;
• Hands-on experience growing and managing TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube accounts;
• Solid understanding of community marketing mechanics and norms of professional platforms like Reddit;
• Experience setting up and running paid advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads);
• Willingness to work on a US-synchronized schedule;
• Nice to have: Experience in SaaS, B2B, or technology/engineering products, understanding of taking a new product to a Western market from scratch, analytics skills (GA4, social media metrics, ad platform dashboards).
