задачи
- Plan and execute lead generation campaigns to achieve growth targets;
- Manage channel strategy and budgets based on measurable performance;
- Work closely with Sales to improve lead quality and conversion;
- Coordinate and manage external marketing partners and agencies;
- Own and deliver the marketing plan across content, campaigns, events, digital channels, and the website;
- Drive brand consistency and creative direction across all marketing activities;
- Manage and review work from internal and external contributors;
- Ensure all communications align with the Kinnovis brand, voice, and messaging;
- Lead and develop the Marketing Specialist;
- Prioritize and allocate marketing resources and projects;
- Manage incoming marketing requests and set priorities across the business;
- Partner with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and AI teams to align marketing with business goals;
- Translate product developments and customer success stories into compelling marketing content;
- Track, analyze, and report on lead generation, channel performance, and marketing spend;
- Use data and insights to continuously optimize marketing results.
требования
- 3–5 Years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within a SaaS environment;
- Strong understanding of branding and creative marketing;
- Hands-on experience in lead generation with a proven track record of delivering measurable results;
- Experience managing marketing budgets and taking ownership of performance and ROI;
- Experience coordinating or leading small teams with confidence in setting priorities and making decisions independently;
- Data-driven approach to marketing with a focus on business impact;
- Fluent in English;
- Nice to have: French language skills.
