- Own and drive lead generation strategy across B2B and B2C segments;
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns including events, collaborations, and PR;
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver campaigns end-to-end;
- Monitor and optimize the performance of marketing initiatives;
- Ensure consistent premium positioning of the Bang & Olufsen brand across all channels;
- Develop and localize communication strategies and content;
- Oversee marketing materials and brand assets;
- Conduct market, competitor, and customer analysis;
- Provide insights and forecasts to support strategic decisions;
- Track trends in the premium and luxury segment;
- Track KPIs across marketing and lead generation;
- Manage budgets and report on ROI;
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors.
требования
- Experience in business development or marketing (2+ years);
- Strong understanding of the premium and luxury segment;
- Proven ability to launch and manage campaigns;
- Commercial mindset with a focus on growth;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to operate across marketing and sales functions.
