• Act as an analytical partner to the Head of Marketing and Performance Marketing leads to shape data-backed channel mix and budget decisions;
• Own the mobile attribution framework across paid and organic channels, including setup, maintenance, and quality control;
• Design, run, and analyze experiments to measure incrementality, including holdout tests, geo experiments, and conversion lift studies;
• Generate hypotheses, conduct research and A/B tests, and present findings to stakeholders;
• Measure the impact of offline and upper-funnel campaigns on performance metrics;
• Monitor performance marketing metrics, identify areas for improvement, and develop new metrics for decision-making;
• Develop data visualizations and reports for business and product teams;
• Own data flows in collaboration with the Data Engineering team, from defining requirements to validating data quality.

• Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a data or marketing analyst;
• Deep hands-on experience with mobile attribution tools such as AppsFlyer or Adjust;
• Solid understanding of iOS and Android attribution flows, including SKAN, ATT consent, and deferred deep links;
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases;
• Proficiency in data visualization tools, particularly Tableau;
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms from Meta and Google;
• Strong quantitative skills and a structured approach to problem-solving;
• Fluent English;
• Nice to have: Knowledge of Python (Pandas, Numpy, Statsmodels, Matplotlib), experience in designing and conducting A/B tests, experience with LTV forecasting and cohort-based revenue modelling.
