задачи
- Manage full-funnel PPC campaigns end-to-end including planning, launch, optimization, and budget pacing;
- Monitor performance daily and weekly with clear reporting and actionable insights;
- Test and optimize bidding strategies, keywords, and ad copies to improve performance metrics like CPA, CPI, and ROAS;
- Partner with designers to create and iterate on ad creatives based on performance insights;
- Ensure tracking integrity, event schema hygiene, and post-IDFA best practices with MMP and analytics teams;
- Collaborate with Product, Data, and Creatives on forecasts, LTV/CAC modeling, cohort analysis, and ROI targets;
- Maintain compliance with platform policies and internal data privacy standards.
требования
- 2+ Years of experience in performance marketing or PPC with hands-on campaign management on Google Ads;
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and performance data interpretation;
- Ability to turn data into decisions and work effectively in a team;
- Nice to have: Experience with Bing Ads, Apple Search Ads, and mobile application promotion.
