The Federation of Euro-Asian Capital Markets (FEAS), established in 1995, is a regional organization that brings together capital market institutions across Europe, Asia, and the Mediterranean. With 48 members from 32 countries, including stock exchanges, post-trade institutions, dealers’ associations, and regional federations, FEAS is a key hub for collaboration in the Eurasian capital markets. The Federation focuses on promoting cooperation, development, and knowledge sharing among its members.

• This role involves planning and executing marketing and communication strategies that promote FEAS activities, events, and initiatives across member markets and stakeholders.
• The expert will manage PR campaigns, draft press releases, newsletters, yearbooks, two websites feas.org and confeas.org and social media content, while ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
• Together with the team manage and handle FEAS events: annual conference ConFEAS, small conference 'Capital Market Talks', 'Meet the Market', and all other gatherings that FEAS organizes and/or participates.
• Daily responsibilities include conducting market and stakeholder research, maintaining relationships with member organizations and partners, creating and coordinating promotional materials for conferences and projects, and supporting brand positioning in the region.
• The role also requires close collaboration with internal teams to align communication efforts with organizational objectives and to monitor and report on campaign effectiveness.

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships across cultures.
• Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to design data-driven campaigns and insights for the European, Asian, Middle East capital markets.
• Candidates should possess Marketing and Sales-related skills to support member engagement, event promotion, and partnership development.
• Experience in public relations, media outreach, and digital communication (including website, mass mailing, social media and content creation).
• Ability to work on-site in Yerevan, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively in a diverse, international environment.
• Strong knowledge of AI tools for visual, presentational and delivery processes.
