• Manage paid media strategy across search and social;
• Manage and optimize media agencies, including OPEX oversight;
• Define the overall ABM strategy across programmatic and outbound channels;
• Manage lead capture, ABM, and lead conversion tools, including Pardot, Salesforce, and 6sense;
• Create, manage, and influence the MarTech product roadmap and strategy;
• Develop tools and capabilities for full-funnel marketing attribution;
• Collaborate with sales operations to enhance and troubleshoot lead management processes and integrations with marketing automation platforms;
• Ensure marketing automation best practices and capture feedback for platform and process enhancements;
• Adapt core components of the EU marketing program to specific marketplace dynamics;
• Influence and drive functional teams and stakeholders at all organizational levels.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field;
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements;
• Experience with Excel or Tableau, including data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables;
• Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs;
• Experience leading go-to-market activities for consumer software or hardware product launches;
• Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting;
• Nice to have: Experience with Continuous Improvement and Six Sigma methodologies.
