• Own end-to-end optimization cycles, from research and hypothesis generation through design, testing, and rollout
• Use AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, design, analysis, and documentation
• Analyze funnels and products across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization, and conduct competitive benchmarking
• Design high-fidelity wireframes and visual specifications while protecting brand integrity
• Partner with engineers to ensure accurate test implementation and rapid deployment
• Analyze results statistically and make scaling decisions
• Document learnings and maintain a prioritized testing roadmap
• Present insights and results to stakeholders to build alignment and momentum

• 3+ Years of hands-on CRO experience, ideally with subscription or SaaS funnels, and documented performance improvements
• Think across the full user journey and how product and funnel decisions compound
• Integrate AI into daily workflows for prompting, prototyping, analysis, and drafting
• Strong UI/UX sensibility and ability to create detailed visual specifications
• Bias toward shipping and keeping iteration cycles moving
• Skilled in Mixpanel, GrowthBook, Google Analytics, or similar tools
• Strong attention to detail in fast-moving environments
• Self-driven, proactive, and accountable for outcomes
• Fluent written and spoken English
