Marketing Manager - DENZA BeLux

Joining DENZA BeLux, you will build and lead the brand's marketing in Belgium and Luxembourg. You define the local marketing plan in line with our business objectives and the global guidelines. You steer national events, campaigns, dealer marketing and agencies. You make sure the DENZA premium brand and customer experience come to life across the two markets. You report to the Head of Sales DENZA (to be confirmed).

• Marketing plan: Define the marketing plan for Belgium and Luxembourg in alignment with business objectives and global marketing strategic guidelines.
• National events: Plan and lead the execution of national events, and analyze each event afterwards to assess its effectiveness and feed the findings into future plans.
• Campaigns: Develop and manage advertising, digital and PR campaigns for the local market in collaboration with appointed agencies.
• Digital assets: Provide digital assets for local market use and ensure their effective use during national campaigns.
• Dealer marketing: Supervise dealer marketing plans and monitor their execution by dealer partners.
• Market insights: Contribute insights to the European marketing plan and monitor competitor activities, including product and financial benchmarks, monthly installments and new campaigns.
• Budget: Oversee and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Media and influencers: Supervise relationships with press, media, agencies, digital media and social influencers, ensuring visibility for the brand and product stories.
• European collaboration: Collaborate with and support the European PR and events teams when planning activities in the local market, and take part in European events or activities when needed.
• Brand ambassador: Act as a brand ambassador, consistently prioritizing the customer experience.

• Experience: 5+ years in marketing in the automotive or premium sector, with proven experience in national campaigns and events.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, communication or a related field.
• Skills: Integrated campaign management, agency and budget steering, and an analytical approach to results.
• Languages: Fluent in French and Dutch, with professional English as the corporate language.
• Mindset: Entrepreneurial, customer-oriented and hands-on, with a feel for premium brand building.
