задачи

Lead regional market growth by adapting global marketing strategies to local specifics and trends;
Manage, mentor, and synchronize a local team including KOL, SMM, PR, and content specialists;
Develop quarterly marketing plans for locally relevant strategies in Uzbekistan;
Manage the regional marketing budget and allocate spend across channels based on performance data;
Monitor campaign performance and user behavior using analytics platforms to guide team priorities;
Serve as the key connection point between the local team and Global HQ.

требования

4+ Years of marketing experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role managing a team of 3+ specialists in fintech, crypto, or retail trading;
Expertise in organic and partnership-driven acquisition in Uzbekistan or Central Asia;
Strong understanding of marketing 360, including brand building, KOL marketing, PR, community growth, performance marketing, and SMM;
Proven experience allocating and optimizing monthly regional marketing budgets of $50,000+;
Hands-on experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics 4, Tableau, or PowerBI;
Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Confluence;
Native Uzbek and fluent business English;
Nice to have: background in sourcing and closing deals with Uzbek influencers and media, proficiency with mobile attribution platforms like AppsFlyer or Adjust, knowledge of financial advertising compliance in Uzbekistan, familiarity with AI and automation tools.
