Marketing Manager

N26 is a digital banking platform that provides a branchless, paperless, and fee-transparent financial experience. The company leverages technology and design to offer global banking services, including personal and business accounts, investment options, and travel benefits.

• Define, optimize, and execute the affiliate and influencer marketing strategy aligned with business goals and local market nuances;
• Manage day-to-day operations of the Spanish affiliate and influencer network, including pipeline building, relationship management, negotiation, and performance optimization;
• Conduct data-driven research and analysis on acquisition rates, costs, profitability, product penetration, and long-term retention;
• Own reporting of channel performance, key insights, and strategic plans during growth steering meetings;
• Define and improve marketing processes related to partnership tracking, attribution, and payout/budgeting;
• Ensure content compliance and internal rules and controls processing;
• Identify and execute ad-hoc growth initiatives to drive user and revenue growth;
• Develop and manage co-marketing campaigns with strategic business partners;
• Plan and coordinate offline growth initiatives, including traditional media, displays, and event activations;
• Lead social media collaborations with key partners to increase brand visibility and engagement;
• Coordinate content creation with external subject-matter experts and speakers;
• Identify and execute new growth opportunities and experimental initiatives.

• 5+ Years of experience in high-paced marketing agencies or performance marketing roles;
• 2+ Years of direct experience managing affiliate and influencer marketing programs;
• Proven track record of independently building and scaling partner relationships in the Spanish market;
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills;
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate and structure commercial deals (CPA, CPL, fee structures, commission tiers);
• Professional fluency in Spanish and English;
• Nice to have: Experience in fintech or banking.
