Marketing & communications specialist

Deloitte is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing & Communications Specialist to join the Marketing Department at its Almaty office. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the firm’s marketing and communications strategy, manage internal and external events, strengthen employee engagement, and support PR and digital communications initiatives.

• Develop and implement communications initiatives aligned with the firm’s overall strategy.
• Coordinate PR activities, build relationships with journalists, prepare press releases, and monitor media coverage.
• Collaborate closely with designers and the Employer Brand Specialist to deliver engaging marketing and communications materials.
• Lead and coordinate internal and external events, overseeing the planning and execution process.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, agencies, and other external partners.
• Coordinate the full cycle of collaboration with external chambers and organizations, including procurement, annual payments, and event management.
• Administer the company website, ensuring regular content updates and monitoring website statistics.
• Participate in digital transformation community calls and support related initiatives.
• Lead internal employee engagement projects and initiatives, including Deloitte Bravo, Deloitte Times, and Deloitte Loyalty Programs.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
