For us, SMM is first and foremost about communication. It matters more to us that you can tell a story and hook viewers in the first seconds than shoot complex footage.

- 15 posts and carousels
- 15 Reels featuring the founder: script, filming, and AI-assisted editing
- Daily Stories, 5–10 per day
- 5–8 shoots in Almaty
- Repurpose content for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Threads, LinkedIn, and Telegram
требования
- You write scripts and hooks in a natural, human voice
- You understand tech and write posts based on facts and data
- You edit with AI tools: B-roll, sound, cuts
- You live in Almaty: shoots are on-site, everything else is remote
- Будет плюсом: Experience with Claude is a big plus
условия
- 3,000 KZT per post, Reel, or day of Stories. Up to 180,000 KZT per month at full volume, plus a bonus of up to 20% after the probation period.
- Hybrid format, and you can combine this role with other projects.
