Marketing Analyst

Social Discovery Group operates a global portfolio of social entertainment platforms designed to connect people across different cultures. The organization focuses on solving issues of loneliness and isolation by developing products that facilitate virtual interaction and social discovery.

• Own marketing analytics processes, reporting frameworks, dashboards, and data quality standards;
• Monitor key marketing and business performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and conduct root cause analysis;
• Provide data-driven recommendations based on performance insights;
• Design, prioritize, and evaluate marketing experiments and A/B tests;
• Develop, maintain, and improve analytical and predictive models for attribution, forecasting, segmentation, and budget allocation;
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by automating analytical workflows and implementing best practices.

• Higher education in a technical, mathematical, or economics-related field;
• Strong proficiency in SQL;
• Advanced Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables;
• Strong knowledge of statistics and A/B testing methodologies;
• Hands-on experience in marketing analytics and predictive modeling;
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher;
• Nice to have: Experience with Python or R, experience building automated reporting workflows, experience with marketing experimentation frameworks and incrementality measurement, experience working with attribution models and paid acquisition channels.
