Manager, Growth Marketing

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to lead marketing programmes that attract new prospects and grow relationships with existing customers. You’ll build and optimise multi-channel campaigns, using customer insights and data to generate qualified leads and drive measurable pipeline growth.

Working closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Creative and Marketing Operations, you’ll create personalised buyer journeys for audiences in the accounting industry. If you combine creative thinking with strong analytical skills and enjoy taking ownership of results, we’d love to hear from you.

• Experience working in the accounting industry.
• A degree, or equivalent level qualification, in Marketing.
• Proven success in B2B demand generation and growth - able to analyse customer needs and develop targeted, strategic marketing approaches.
• Results-driven with experience reporting on pipeline, ROI, and key marketing KPIs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-starter with a growth mindset, able to prioritise, adapt and act with urgency.
• Strong anaytical skills to assess performance and interpret results.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills with experience managing multiple projects.
• 3+ years demand generation experience, preferably in software/SaaS.
