• Develop and execute user acquisition strategies to drive growth and improve engagement for mobile apps, focusing on Facebook, Google, and TikTok;
• Manage traffic purchasing, advertising implementation, and A/B testing of creatives across channels;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Analytics, Design, Creative, and Engineering to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI;
• Track campaign performance indicators and evaluate success against KPIs;
• Analyze trends and insights to scale successful channels and identify growth opportunities;
• Contribute to team discussions, initiatives, and knowledge sharing.

• 3+ Years of relevant experience in performance marketing for mobile apps using Facebook, Google Ads, and TikTok;
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Adjust, or Kochava;
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels including social media, search, display, and programmatic advertising;
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio;
• Expertise in campaign optimization and A/B testing;
• Understanding of ASO, CRO, and SEO best practices;
• Strong project management and communication skills;
• Ability to manage international campaigns across multiple countries and languages;
• Nice to have: Understanding of cultural nuances and adaptation of campaigns to local markets.
