• Design engaging, creative, and memorable events;
• Develop themes, concepts, and event narratives;
• Create attendee journeys, interactive activities, and engagement mechanics;
• Generate new ideas and event formats;
• Act as a thought partner to the Event Manager to bring concepts to reality;
• Recommend innovative formats and technologies;
• Source venues, manage suppliers, and coordinate production partners;
• Negotiate and manage external services;
• Partner with Internal Communications and Employer Brand to maximize event participation;
• Monitor event trends and experiment with new experiences.

• 5+ Years of experience in event production, experiential marketing, or employee engagement;
• Strong creative thinking and passion for designing engaging experiences;
• Proven ability to turn ideas into well-executed events;
• Excellent project management and organizational skills;
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with experience working cross-functionally;
• Experience managing vendors, venues, suppliers, and external partners;
• Nice to have: Curiosity about event trends, emerging formats, and new technologies.
