You set the tone of voice and quality standard in every language, working closely with SEO and the curation team. Success means a steady content calendar, native-quality copy in every market, and content that ranks and is worth reading.

• Lead Scento's editorial output in many European languages: product descriptions, perfume guides, the journal and landing pages.
• Run the localisation workflow with native writers and reviewers so every market reads native, not translated.
• Own tone of voice and quality standards in every language, together with SEO and the curation team.
• Plan and publish a steady content calendar that wins search traffic and trust.
• Manage freelance writers and translators at volume, with clear briefs and fast feedback.

• 6+ years in editorial, content or localisation, ideally for beauty, fashion or e-commerce.
• Native-level English plus at least one of French, German, Italian, Spanish or Polish.
• Experience managing freelance writers and translators at volume.
