The company operates a high-growth iGaming business featuring two established brands, including both a Sportsbook and a Casino. The organization manages a turnkey infrastructure and is currently focused on expanding from Tier-3 and European markets into Tier-1 regions.

• Own the full CRM and retention strategy across both brands;
• Develop the CRM roadmap as a revenue planning system;
• Manage the entire customer lifecycle, including onboarding, activation, monetization, VIP, retention, and reactivation;
• Drive revenue through retention, LTV, reactivation, and CRM revenue share;
• Implement behavioral segmentation and personalization systems;
• Build an experimentation framework using A/B testing;
• Define CRM logic across Casino and Sportsbook economics;
• Align CRM strategy cross-functionally with Product, BI, and Marketing teams;
• Partner directly with the CEO on strategic initiatives;
• Evolve the CRM function from an execution-focused unit to an ownership layer;
• Lead the CRM, Email Marketing, and Support & Call Center teams.

• 3+ Years of experience as a Head or Lead of CRM in the iGaming industry, specifically with Sportsbook and Casino products;
• Proven track record of building CRM strategies and owning retention, LTV, customer value, and CRM-driven revenue;
• Deep understanding of player economics, lifecycle management, cross-brand strategies, cross-sell mechanics, and player migration;
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data and player behavior into business decisions and revenue growth;
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and developing high-performing teams;
• English B2+;
• Nice to have: Experience with Tier-1 market expansion.
