As our Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in accelerating customer acquisition across our B2C and B2B businesses. Working closely with the Head of Growth Marketing and VP of Marketing, you'll help us achieve our ambitious growth targets, improve acquisition efficiency, and identify new opportunities to scale.
A core part of your role will be diving into performance data to understand what's working, what's not, and where our biggest growth opportunities lie. You'll work closely with our Performance Marketing Specialist to scale paid acquisition, challenge existing strategies, test new approaches, and support campaign execution where needed. You'll also collaborate with our CRO Specialist to identify opportunities across landing pages, website journeys, and conversion funnels, turning insights into experiments that drive more leads and revenue.
You'll bring a strong growth perspective to our email marketing efforts, working with the team to analyze nurture flows, promotional campaigns, and audience segments, and identify opportunities to improve performance. Beyond optimizing existing channels, you'll explore, launch, and scale new acquisition opportunities, including those emerging from the changing AI- and LLM-driven marketing landscape.
Most importantly, this is a hands-on role where you'll do more than develop strategies and bring ideas to the table. You'll actively execute initiatives yourself or work closely with the wider team to bring them to life. Whether you're launching a new campaign, testing an acquisition channel, or improving conversion, you'll take ownership of turning opportunities into measurable business results.
On a typical week
It's Monday morning, and you start the week with a coffee and a look at last week's acquisition performance. You open GA4, HubSpot, and your marketing dashboards to see how we're tracking against our B2C and B2B MQL targets. While digging into the data, you notice that one of our paid campaigns is generating plenty of traffic, but conversions have dropped. You investigate further, identify a few potential causes, and head into the Growth Marketing stand-up with some ideas to improve performance.
After the stand-up, you catch up with our Performance Marketing Specialist to review campaign performance and discuss opportunities to scale. You identify a promising new audience and agree to test a different creative approach. Rather than just handing over your ideas, you jump into the advertising platform to help set up the campaign and work with the team to get the new creatives ready for launch.
On Tuesday, you're focused on improving our B2B acquisition funnel. You've spotted an opportunity to increase conversions on the AI for HR Boot Camp landing page. You meet with our B2B Marketer and CRO Specialist to review the data, discuss your hypothesis, and agree on an experiment. You brief the team, align with sales on the proposed changes, and help move the experiment towards launch.
Wednesday is a work-from-home day, giving you time to dive deeper into our acquisition strategy. You've been exploring how AI and LLMs are changing the way HR professionals discover training providers. You identify a potential new acquisition opportunity, research the market, and put together a practical plan to test it. Later, you meet with the Head of Growth Marketing to challenge your assumptions, refine the approach, and agree on the next steps.
On Thursday, you review the performance of our B2C email nurture flows with the Email Marketing team. You notice an opportunity to improve conversions from leads to MQLs and propose a change to the messaging and sequence. After lunch with colleagues in the office, you turn your attention to an upcoming quarterly campaign, working with the wider Marketing team to finalize the messaging and coordinate the launch. You also start investigating new channels that could help expand the campaign's reach and attract new audiences.
Friday starts with reviewing the results of a recent landing page experiment. The changes have improved conversion, so you work with the CRO Specialist to roll them out more broadly. You also catch up with our BizOps team to improve HubSpot reporting, ensuring we have better visibility into acquisition performance and opportunities for growth. Before wrapping up the week, you review progress against our growth priorities, share your findings with the team, and identify the next opportunities worth pursuing.
After a productive week of analyzing, experimenting, and driving initiatives forward, you close your laptop and join your colleagues for Friday drinks.
