Growth marketing manager

Think Selection is thrilled to be recruiting a Growth Marketing Manager for a highly regarded, independent educational publisher whose teaching resources are used by schools and teachers around the world. This is a super opportunity to join an established company with an exciting range of educational products, including a digital teaching platform designed to help children develop their reading and writing skills. You'll play an important part in growing the digital platform, developing creative marketing campaigns that attract new customers, encourage schools to subscribe and build lasting customer loyalty.

• You'll play an important part in growing the digital platform, developing creative marketing campaigns that attract new customers, encourage schools to subscribe and build lasting customer loyalty.
• Working with the Head of Marketing and a small, friendly team, you'll have plenty of creative scope to develop campaigns using digital advertising, email, social media and engaging marketing content.
• You'll also contribute to the promotion of the publisher's wider range of educational resources.
• You'll also enjoy analysing results to gauge campaign performance and make informed decisions about future marketing activity.

• We're looking for someone with experience in digital or performance marketing, who enjoys combining creative ideas with a practical, results-focused approach.
• You'll have experience of digital marketing campaigns, be comfortable using marketing technology and enjoy analysing results to gauge campaign performance and make informed decisions about future marketing activity.

• The company offers a supportive working environment, opportunities for professional development and a hybrid working arrangement of two days per week in the offices, which are to the north-east of London.
• A salary of up to £40,000 plus company benefits are on offer to the successful candidate.
