• Launch and iterate on product experiments daily and weekly across the funnel;
• Manage the experimentation backlog including prioritization, planning, and execution;
• Write clear PRDs and experiment briefs for developer execution;
• Generate experiment ideas using UX research, funnel analysis, and data insights;
• Own the full experiment lifecycle from idea to build, release, measurement, and decision;
• Work directly with developers to provide feedback and ensure delivery accuracy;
• Manage release flow across development, staging, and production environments;
• Ensure accurate tracking, analytics, and A/B test setup;
• Monitor performance and deliver daily or weekly insights and iteration decisions;
• Control the end-to-end experimentation pipeline to ensure speed, quality, and KPI alignment.

• 5+ Years of combined experience in product management and growth, with at least 3+ years in growth or product optimization roles;
• Proven track record of optimizing web funnels in B2C, impacting CR, LTV, and CPA;
• At least 1 year of experience in a high-velocity growth environment with daily or weekly experiment launches;
• Hands-on experience running A/B tests end-to-end;
• Deep proficiency with product analytics tools, specifically Mixpanel;
• Experience with experimentation and feature flagging tools like GrowthBook;
• Ability to write clear, developer-ready PRDs and experiment specs with precise acceptance criteria;
• Strong understanding of event tracking, data integrity, and experiment measurement frameworks;
• Experience working closely with engineers and understanding development workflows;
• High execution speed with the ability to manage multiple concurrent experiments and hit strict KPI targets;
• Nice to have: B2B experience.
