• Own end-to-end campaign execution;
• Plan, launch, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and emerging platforms;
• Drive creative testing by working with designers and copywriters to develop ad concepts and scale top-performing ideas;
• Build and maintain dashboards, track KPIs, and use data to unlock new growth opportunities;
• Partner with product, design, and data teams to drive meaningful growth strategies;
• Experiment with new channels, creative formats, and campaign ideas;
• Collaborate with ad platform partners and external agencies.

• 2+ Years of experience in performance marketing, digital growth, or paid media, ideally in mobile apps or consumer tech;
• Strong knowledge of paid social platforms like Meta and TikTok;
• Analytical mindset with confidence in using data to guide creative and budget decisions;
• Creative curiosity and a drive to test new ideas;
• Collaborative communication skills;
• Interest in adopting AI tools to enhance work processes;
• Fluent in English;
• Nice to have: Experience in mobile apps or consumer tech.
