We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Director of Marketing to lead our marketing strategy and drive business growth in Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. Reporting to senior leadership, you will develop and execute comprehensive marketing initiatives that enhance brand positioning, drive customer acquisition, and deliver measurable business results. • Develop and lead the organization's marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives and market opportunities in the UAE region
• Drive brand positioning, market presence, and competitive differentiation across all customer touchpoints
• Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns targeting diverse customer segments and markets
• Oversee digital marketing strategy, performance marketing initiatives, and customer acquisition programs to maximize ROI
• Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including Sales, Revenue, Operations, and Executive Leadership to align marketing efforts with business goals
• Manage marketing budgets, analyze performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing spend and outcomes
• Identify and capitalize on market trends, competitive opportunities, and emerging technologies to enhance marketing effectiveness
• Develop annual marketing plans, campaigns, and initiatives that support revenue growth and customer loyalty objectives
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through targeted engagement strategies and memorable brand experiences

• Significant experience in senior marketing leadership roles with proven track record of driving business results
• Strong expertise in strategic marketing, brand development, and integrated campaign execution
• Advanced proficiency in digital marketing strategy, performance marketing, and marketing analytics
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate effectively across multiple business units and departments
• Proven experience leading, developing, and motivating marketing teams to achieve organizational goals
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L responsibilities and marketing budgets
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Proficiency with marketing technology platforms, analytics tools, and customer relationship management systems
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to senior leadership
• Experience developing content strategy and storytelling that resonates with target audiences
• *Preferred Experience:**
• Background in customer-focused industries such as hospitality, tourism, retail, or consumer services
• Experience in the Middle Eastern market or familiarity with regional business practices and consumer behavior
• Knowledge of multi-channel marketing and omnichannel customer engagement strategies
• Experience with market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights
• Demonstrated expertise in crisis communication and reputation management
• Background in change management and organizational transformation initiatives
