Digital marketing specialist in iGaming

We're looking for a seasoned Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to own and scale our paid acquisition and organic growth channels. You'll operate hands-on across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, SEO, and CRM-driven lifecycle campaigns — all within the regulated Romanian iGaming environment. We need someone who builds, optimizes, and ships daily.

• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, PMax, Demand Gen, Display), Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads, with full P&L awareness from click to First-Time Deposit (FTD) and beyond
• Own SEO strategy including technical audits, on-page optimization, content briefs, link acquisition, and schema/structured data implementation
• Build and manage keyword architectures, audience segmentation strategies, ad copy testing frameworks, and dayparting schedules tailored to gambling advertising restrictions
• Analyze CRM cohort data (registration → FTD → LTV) to inform budget allocation, creative direction, and channel mix
• Conduct ongoing competitive intelligence across Romanian operators (Betano, Superbet, Netbet, etc.) to identify positioning gaps and promotional opportunities
• Collaborate with product, design, and CRM teams to align acquisition messaging with on-site promotions and retention flows
• Manage reporting dashboards and deliver weekly/monthly performance readouts with clear recommendations
• Ensure full compliance with ONJN advertising regulations and platform-specific gambling ad policies (Google gambling certification, Meta special ad categories, etc.)

• 5+ years in performance/digital marketing, with at least 2 years in iGaming, sports betting, or online casino
• Proven hands-on expertise in Google Ads (Search, PMax, Demand Gen) and Meta Ads.
• Strong SEO knowledge - technical, on-page, and content - ideally with exposure to JS-rendered sites
• Deep understanding of Smart Bidding strategies, conversion tracking setups (including offline/server-side events), and attribution modeling
• Experience working with CRM/lifecycle data to connect acquisition quality to downstream revenue
• Fluent in Romanian (mandatory) and proficient in English
• Comfortable with Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, and spreadsheet-level data analysis
• Familiarity with ONJN regulatory requirements and responsible gambling advertising standards
