Digital advertiser for personalized videos

LaLaTune is a Georgian startup that creates personalized videos. Customers send us their photos and a story, and we turn them into a custom video: a romantic memory for a partner, a hero adventure for a child, a birthday surprise, a movie-style trailer starring them. We sell to customers across the EU and the US. We are a small, fast team, and every ad you run has a direct, visible impact on the business. We are looking for a Digital Advertiser who will run our paid advertising on Meta and Google. Your main goal is simple: get the highest possible return on every euro we spend.

• Run and manage our Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns across EU and US markets
• Optimize campaigns for the highest ROAS and healthy profit margin, not just traffic or clicks
• Test audiences, countries, ad sets and offers in a structured way
• Manage budgets responsibly and scale what works
• Track performance daily and spot problems or opportunities early
• Build clear reports and turn data into practical insights the team can act on
• Keep tracking and conversion setup accurate (Pixel, Conversions API, Google tags, Shopify)

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube)
• Experience working toward ROAS or sales goals, ideally for an e-commerce or online brand
• Strong analytical skills: you are comfortable with numbers, spreadsheets and reading ad dashboards
• Ability to explain results in plain language and suggest clear next steps
• Curious, eager to learn and test new ideas fast
• Fluent Georgian and English
