Marketing and Events Manager

We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and creative Marketing and Events Manager in Tbilisi, Georgia to drive our brand strategy, lead event management from concept to execution, and elevate our market presence. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end event production, managing localized media campaigns, overseeing outdoor advertising, and fostering strategic industry partnerships.

The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in real estate, luxury, or premium hospitality marketing, paired with strong contractor management capabilities and fluency in Russian, the local language, and English.

• Event Management: Plan, produce, and execute end-to-end proprietary marketing events, product launches, and high-profile brand activations (portfolio/proof of work required).
• Media & Advertising Strategy: Oversee local media buying, print, and outdoor advertising campaigns (OOH) to maximize brand visibility and reach.
• Partnerships & Sponsorships: Identify, negotiate, and manage cross-promotional partnerships and strategic alliances with premium brands, local businesses, and key stakeholders.
• Vendor & Budget Management: Manage relationships with external agencies, contractors, printers, and service providers. Draft, monitor, and optimize marketing and event budgets to ensure maximum ROI.
• Brand & Content Oversight: Ensure all localized marketing collaterals, campaign assets, and event experiences align with corporate brand standards.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a marketing or events role within real estate, premium/luxury brands, or hospitality.
• Portfolio: Demonstrated evidence of high-impact events independently organized and executed by you.
• Local Market Knowledge: Strong hands-on experience with local media outlets, outdoor advertising venues, and contractor networks.
• Languages:
• Fluent in Russian (Native or C1/C2 equivalent).
• Fluent in Local Language (Native or C1/C2 equivalent).
• Professional proficiency in English.
