RedCore Group operates as a fast-growing business group providing professional services across development, architecture, management, operations, marketing, legal, and finance.
задачи
- Develop and execute retention strategies to improve customer engagement and reduce churn;
- Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns across the customer lifecycle;
- Segment audiences and personalize communications and promotions based on user behavior and data insights;
- Analyze campaign performance, run A/B tests, and optimize for key KPIs such as LTV, retention, and churn;
- Collaborate with Product, BI, and Creative teams to ensure consistent and effective user experiences.
требования
- 2+ Years of experience in retention, CRM, or lifecycle marketing roles;
- Experience in segmentation, customer journey mapping, and lifecycle communication;
- Experience in drafting and conducting marketing activities for player retention and return;
- Knowledge and ability to calculate the economy of basic mechanics like bonuses, tournaments, lotteries, and daily quests;
- Strong English skills, with ability to write and communicate briefs and tasks;
- Experience with client segmentation, preferably RFM;
- Knowledge of marketing and niche metrics: CvR, Margin, LTV, ARPU, RR, GGR, NGR;
- Understanding of basic approaches to A/B testing and hypothesis testing;
- Experience working with analytics tools: GA, Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio;
- Knowledge of market and competitor analysis methods;
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive;
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment;
- Strong leadership mindset and result-oriented approach;
- Nice to have: Background in e-commerce, iGaming, fintech, SaaS, or mobile apps, familiarity with leading game and slot providers, understanding of casino player behavior and user lifecycles, awareness of key sports featured in betting lines, experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
