The company is a fast-growing travel business that is investing in CRM to modernize its approach to customer engagement.
задачи
- Plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns across email, push, SMS and in-app;
- Develop customer segmentation to support targeted, personalised communications;
- Build and manage multi-channel automated journeys using branching logic, API triggers and real-time data;
- Use CRM platforms such as Braze to find optimisation opportunities and streamline delivery;
- Support the wider team with campaign deployment and QA, driving towards more automated processes;
- Work with Product and Engineering to ensure a seamless, joined-up customer experience;
- Own campaign performance, building reports in tools like Looker to track results and surface insights.
требования
- Proven CRM experience with strong ownership of end-to-end campaign execution;
- Comfortable moving quickly from concept to deployment in a high-growth environment;
- Hands-on experience with Braze or similar, including personalisation and audience segmentation;
- Strong cross-functional collaborator across Marketing, Product and Engineering.
