- Identify key customer segments and execute campaigns across multiple channels;
- Implement campaign logic, scenarios, testing, and adjustments;
- Prepare solutions to integrate necessary data;
- Analyze data in CDP/CRM systems to measure campaign effectiveness;
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to enhance user experience;
- Coordinate efforts to improve user communications;
- Test new product features and evaluate their impact on retention;
- Evaluate and improve retention processes and workflows;
- Develop and execute customer retention strategies to enhance loyalty and reduce churn;
- Implement innovative solutions based on industry trends;
- Leverage advanced analytics to prevent churn and improve retention strategy;
- Collaborate with product, tech, and marketing departments;
- Manage sender reputation, develop warm-up strategies, and conduct delivery A/B tests.
требования
- 3-5 Years of hands-on experience in email marketing and marketing automation administration;
- Strong understanding of trends, challenges, and capabilities in marketing automation and email marketing;
- Ability to define, interpret, and manage customer behavior patterns;
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and CRM best practices;
- Flexibility and focus on solutions;
- Intermediate English;
- Russian language proficiency (non-native).
