The Hal Leonard marketing and editorial team manages projects and workload across various departments, including HLE and HLUS, focusing on CRM strategy, design, and implementation to support revenue growth and community engagement.

• Develop CRM strategy for Hal Leonard (US/EU) to enhance direct sales, brand, and community health;
• Influence partner/consumer relations and sales lifecycle stages by improving activation metrics, reducing churn, and executing win-back campaigns;
• Generate and prioritize hypotheses for CRM initiatives;
• Plan and oversee the implementation of initiatives and maintain a task backlog;
• Manage projects focused on hypothesis testing, including task breakdown and MVP development;
• Set up and conduct A/B tests using HubSpot, Bloomreach, or DotDigital;
• Plan and execute CRM marketing campaigns for B2B/B2C/B2E audiences;
• Prepare detailed briefs for copywriters and designers;
• Build and update landing pages, create product list pages, and perform general website updates;
• Support contact list management;
• Develop and optimize CRM tools, commerce platforms, and services;
• Implement automation strategies;
• Monitor key performance indicators and quality metrics;
• Analyze and interpret data from A/B experiments.

• 3+ Years of experience in CRM marketing;
• Familiarity with push notifications, in-web alerts, broadcast channels, and inbox messages;
• Experience in building trigger chains and segmenting databases;
• Experience working with commerce platforms like Sana Commerce;
• Experience with product and campaign localization;
• Experience working with CDP tools like DotDigital, HubSpot, or Bloomreach;
• Experience in testing hypotheses or managing projects from the ground up;
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills;
• Experience with AI tools in workflows;
• English language proficiency of upper intermediate level or higher;
• Nice to have: Knowledge of HTML.
