• Apply customer insight frameworks such as Jobs To Be Done, Persona Development, and Empathy Mapping to understand customer pains and needs;
• Develop and execute CRM strategies using Bloomreach to improve customer interaction and business results;
• Design and implement multichannel campaigns across email, WhatsApp, SMS, and push;
• Tailor campaign content to customer segments identified through insight frameworks;
• Analyze campaign performance with analytics tools and refine strategies based on data;
• Collaborate with product, sales, product marketing, and analytics teams to align CRM strategies with business goals.

• Proficiency with Bloomreach or similar CDPs for data management, campaign execution, and analytics;
• Skills in email design and coding using tools such as Stripo;
• Ability to use analytics platforms and/or SQL for data analysis and decision-making;
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working in a remote team;
• Ability to apply customer insight frameworks to CRM strategies;
• High adaptability and commitment to learning and applying new methodologies in customer insight and CRM;
• Bachelor’s degree or coursework in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field;
• Fluent English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher;
• Nice to have: Copywriting skills.
