- Set up, test, and deploy lifecycle journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Journey Builder;
- Apply segmentation and multi-channel messaging across Email, Push, and In-App channels;
- Review journey metrics and run structured A/B tests to improve conversion rates;
- Coordinate with regional and central operational teams on content, communication, and timely rollouts;
- Maintain QA standards and improve execution workflows with the broader CRM team.
требования
- Practical experience building, testing, and launching campaign automations in Salesforce Marketing Cloud;
- Good understanding of lifecycle principles, multi-channel execution, and audience segmentation;
- Methodical approach to QA, campaign testing, and execution details;
- Comfort with performance reporting tools and campaign metrics;
- Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills;
- Proactive and responsible approach to managing timelines and dependencies.
