• Provide design, functional, and implementation support for Microsoft Dynamics 365;
• Assess end-to-end D365 processes, identify gaps, benchmark best practices, and help clients define standardized target-state processes across geographies and business units;
• Define user personas and user journeys;
• Support the client’s sales and commerce organization in developing efficient and effective pricing and discounting structures;
• Facilitate stakeholder involvement and buy-in for change readiness;
• Work with clients on transformative projects;
• Co-create innovative solutions with strategy leaders, industry experts, enterprise function practitioners, and business intelligence professionals;
• Embed responsible business practices into client service and professional operations.

• 8–10 Years of progressive industry and/or consulting experience in Energy, Automotive, Life Sciences, High Tech, Resources, or Financial Services;
• Functional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 processes for B2B industries;
• Hands-on experience configuring D365 for different industries, such as Automotive and Life Sciences;
• Experience delivering global B2B transformation projects;
• Knowledge of M365 and exposure to business intelligence tools such as Power BI;
• Strong program management and people management skills;
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment;
• Willingness and ability to travel and work at client locations, mostly across Europe and beyond, for short or long periods;
• Nice to have: Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification.
