The TalentHQ is a marketing services agency that focuses on email marketing and lifecycle management for eCommerce clients.
задачи
- Own a small portfolio of eCommerce client accounts from onboarding through ongoing campaign execution;
- Build, test, and optimize email flows and campaigns in Klaviyo to hit client revenue targets;
- Review performance and translate numbers into actionable business metrics;
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client calls and issue resolution;
- Coach internal team members on email strategy and account management best practices.
требования
- 3+ Years of experience as an Email Account Manager or Account Manager;
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo;
- Experience managing eCommerce clients;
- Strong soft skills for team guidance;
- Fluent English (C2 level);
- Nice to have: Experience working inside a marketing or email agency, list segmentation and email deliverability experience, experience using AI tools for copywriting, analysis, or workflow automation, email design experience, analytics experience.
условия
- $3,000-$3,500 USD/month;
- Schedule with hours overlapping with Central Time (CST);
- Small, close-knit team environment.
