CRM Manager

The company develops a scalable SaaS platform and a range of digital products for the global iGaming industry, specializing in turnkey and white-label solutions that integrate gaming providers, payment systems, and operational tools.

• Maintain CRM data quality through regular audits and database management;
• Build and optimize CRM automations, workflows, triggers, and routing rules;
• Configure lead assignment logic and sales pipeline structures;
• Manage CRM imports, exports, data migrations, and system updates;
• Create reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking tools;
• Support integrations between CRM, marketing platforms, and communication tools;
• Collaborate with Sales and Business Units to improve operational efficiency;
• Document processes and provide day-to-day CRM support.

• 1–2 Years of experience administering CRM systems such as Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar;
• Hands-on experience configuring CRM pipelines, custom fields, workflows, and automations;
• Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM best practices;
• Experience maintaining data quality, performing audits, and managing large datasets;
• Ability to create reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking systems;
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
• Experience working with CRM integrations and data migrations;
• Fluent Russian;
• Excellent organizational and communication skills;
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment;
• Nice to have: English B2+, experience with workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, or Airflow), knowledge of Google Sheets (advanced formulas, QUERY, IMPORTRANGE), experience with reporting tools (Looker Studio, Power BI), basic SQL knowledge, experience with outreach tools (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Apollo, Reply.io), experience in iGaming, SaaS, or B2B sales, technical aptitude and understanding of APIs.
