• Design and launch onboarding communication flows to reduce early churn and build learning habits;
• Build intelligent trigger-based sequences to support student motivation, including reactivation campaigns and critical-moment nudges;
• Reduce refund rates through timely and relevant communication;
• Segment the database by behavior and lifecycle status to deliver targeted messages;
• Drive student engagement and activity through CRM channels including email, WhatsApp, and SMS;
• Build a scalable referral channel system for acquiring new students;
• Design end-to-end referral flows from trigger to conversion;
• Test mechanics, offers, and timing to create repeatable, scalable solutions.

• Fluent English;
• Proven experience in CRM, lifecycle, or email marketing;
• Strategic thinking ability;
• High attention to detail and operational discipline;
• Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone across segments and funnels;
• Nice to have: Spanish language skills, experience with Customer.io.
